Material, scale, and lettering, with allowances for layout, cutting, finish, and standard fixings. Assumes flat, unlit work: ¼-inch numerals or a ⅛-inch sign. Final thickness, artwork, and mounting are confirmed by quote. Complex logos, lighting, and structural supports are quoted separately.

The name sets the rhythm. Stencil bridges keep enclosed parts of letters connected to the sheet; the layout and cut detail are resolved in your artwork.

Material & finish

Choose black powder-coated aluminum, weathering steel, or brushed stainless steel. Share the location and exposure so the finish and installation can be considered together.

Mounting & placement

Share the wording, location, and a photo of the mounting surface. Wall fixings or a supported installation are considered for the site. Posts, structural supports, and installation are quoted separately.

Can the sign use my property name or logo?

Yes. Share the exact wording and any artwork. The design is reviewed for a practical cut profile, including stencil bridges where needed. Complex logos and fine details require an individual quote.

What is included in the estimate?

The planning range covers the selected dimensions, character count, material, and allowances for layout, cutting, finishing, and standard fixings. It assumes a flat, unlit ⅛-inch sign, with an $850 commission minimum. Posts, structural supports, tax, delivery, and installation are additional.

What should I send with an inquiry?

Include the exact wording, approximate width and height, preferred finish, and location. A photo of the entrance or mounting surface helps establish proportions. Photos and artwork can be shared in the email conversation.
